Space Design and Plan Drawing

I need a freelancer to design a space and draw plans. The project involves creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing layout, ensuring that the space is well-utilized and meets the user's needs. The freelancer should have experience in architectural design and be able to provide detailed plans. The idea is to build three - 2 bedrooms in suite rooms with one bathroom on each suite, a gym on the left front and a playroom on the right front. Each suite needs to be able to accommodate 2 queen beds on the main bedroom and 2 twins on the smaller part of the bedroom. The approximate size of the rooms should be 12 x 16 (main bedroom) and 12 x 10 the smaller bedroom, and 6 x 8 for the bathroom.
