🎧 Audio Transcribers 📌 Project Overview We are seeking detail-oriented, quality-driven freelance transcribers for an audio–script alignment and transcription project. In this role, you will be provided with an audio file along with its corresponding script. Your responsibility will be to carefully compare the script against the audio, identify discrepancies, and refine the script so it accurately, clearly, and naturally reflects the spoken content. Accuracy, linguistic integrity, and strict adherence to guidelines are central to this work. 🌐 Languages Required Spanish (Native proficiency required) 🔑 Key Responsibilities Carefully listen to provided audio files and cross-check them against the given script to identify errors, omissions, additions, and flow inconsistencies. Produce verbatim transcriptions, preserving natural speech elements such as pauses, repetitions, fillers, stammering, and self-corrections, in line with project guidelines. Adhere strictly to transcription rules related to numbers (words only), spelling consistency, punctuation, acronyms, and transliteration. Proofread all transcripts thoroughly to ensure complete guideline compliance and high-quality output prior to submission. Deliver accurate, consistent, and deadline-driven work across all assigned tasks. ✅ Requirements Excellent listening and comprehension skills. Strong command of the respective language, including spelling, and punctuation. Prior experience in transcription, script editing, or data annotation is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow detailed guidelines with precision. Deliverables * Responsibilities: * Listen carefully to the provided audio files. * Identify the exact portion of the script that corresponds to the audio. * Select and extract the matching script segment. * Edit the extracted script to ensure it matches the spoken content accurately. * Correct any errors in the script, including: * Repetitions * Fumbles or corrections * Missing or extra words * Mispronunciations or verbal fillers * Capture Verbatims * Ensure the final transcript is clean, natural, and error-free. * Maintain consistency and high quality across all assigned files. • * Requirements: * Strong listening and comprehension skills. * Excellent command of the language (grammar, spelling, punctuation). * Experience in transcription, script editing, or data annotation is preferred. * Ability to follow detailed instructions and deliver high-quality output. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Reliable and able to meet deadlines. • * Project Details: * Audio and full script will be provided for each assignment. * You will transcribe only the portion of the script present in the audio. * Editing for naturalness and correctness is mandatory.
