Spanish/English Medical Interpreter Needed

We are a medical and wellness clinic seeking a qualified Spanish medical interpreter to provide live, remote interpretation between our healthcare providers and Spanish-speaking patients. All work will be performed remotely by phone or secure video call. The interpreter will join patient conversations as an identified third-party interpreter and will not represent themselves as the patient, provider, clinic employee, or any other individual. Interpretation may be needed during: * Medical consultations * Follow-up appointments * Treatment discussions * Care and aftercare instructions * General patient communication related to their care Requirements: * Fluent in English and Spanish * Experience with medical or healthcare interpretation * Medical interpretation certification preferred * HIPAA compliant + patient confidentiality * Reliable phone and internet access * Ability to provide live interpretation during scheduled or on-demand appointments * Professional, neutral, and accurate communication Estimated need: * Approximately 2 hours per day * Around 3 days per week * Primarily Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays * Schedule and appointment times may vary Please include: * Medical interpretation experience and certifications * Availability and time zone * Hourly or per-session rate * Whether you can provide both phone and video interpretation * Typical response time for scheduled or short-notice appointments This role is strictly for remote language interpretation. It does not involve impersonation, interviewing on behalf of another person, attending appointments as a patient, or representing the clinic in any misleading capacity.
