Spanish to English Translator Needed – High Volume of Short Legal/Official Documents

We are seeking an experienced Spanish to English translator to assist with the translation of approximately 70 documents, most of which are only one page long. Project Requirements * Translate documents from Spanish to English with a high degree of accuracy. * Maintain a mirror (layout-preserving) translation format whenever possible. * The translated document should closely resemble the original in formatting, structure, spacing, tables, headings, stamps, and overall presentation. * Preserve names, dates, document numbers, and formatting exactly as they appear in the source document. * Deliver translations in editable format (Microsoft Word preferred). Preferred Qualifications * Native or near-native English proficiency. * Strong command of Spanish. * Previous experience translating legal, civil, governmental, immigration, academic, or official documents. * Excellent attention to detail. * Ability to reproduce document formatting professionally. * Experience using Microsoft Word and document formatting tools.
