Spanish/French/English Customer Support Representative

About PopWheels PopWheels is a New York City based battery swapping company. We help delivery drivers swap dead batteries for charged ones using smart cabinets across the city. The Role We are hiring Customer Support Agents to support delivery drivers while they work. This is a fast moving role. You will answer customer messages, monitor system alerts, and help solve problems. Most support is by text. Some phone calls are required. Responsibilities -Answer customer messages in English Spanish and French -Take phone calls when needed -Monitor system alerts and alarms -Help customers with battery swaps, cabinets, and accounts -Share important issues with the operations team -Write short notes about each issue Requirements -Fluent in English and Spanish -French is a plus -Clear and simple communication -Able to multitask and move quickly -Calm and respectful with stressed customers -Comfortable using chat and basic computer tools Schedule -Remote role -Shifts available at all hours -20+ hours/wk to start, full time likely in the next couple months
