Spanish Language Specialist & Student Success Coordinator

Hi! Do you love the Spanish language and enjoy helping people learn? We’re looking for a native Spanish speaker to join our team as a Spanish Language Specialist & Student Success Coordinator. You’ll play an important role in helping Spanish learners succeed throughout their program. You’ll use your Spanish expertise to review their written work, support their learning experience, work closely with their personal Spanish coaches, and make sure students feel supported and on track. This is a long-term position for 20–35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and for someone who is organized, reliable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys working with students. Who are we? We create engaging and effective resources for Spanish learners around the world. What You’ll Do: You’ll work closely with our team and Spanish coaches to help them better understand and support their students. - Support students throughout onboarding - Help prepare initial study plans, assignments, and learning resources with our support and automation. Coaches will be responsible for updating them afterward. - Match students with the right Spanish coach and help ensure smooth sessions. - Support coaches by sharing important student goals, needs, and progress. - Review and correct Spanish essays homeworks and provide clear, helpful feedback. - Answer student questions and help build a friendly learning community. - Keep student and coach information organized and up to date. - Manage our online community and answer student questions. - Help students with basic technical issues. You’re a Great Fit If You: - A native Spanish speaker with excellent Spanish skills (C1–C2). - Have a degree in Spanish, education, or a recognized - Spanish teaching qualification such as ELE. - Strong English skills (B2 or higher). - Strong Spanish writing and proofreading skills. - Experience in customer support and administration - Good organization and time-management skills. - Comfortable using online tools, AI, and technology. - Able to follow established processes and systems. - Looking for a long-term position. - Can respond within 24 hours during weekdays. - A strong Upwork profile and positive client feedback are preferred.
