Spanish Legal Website Proofreader (Native Speaker) – Review Existing Translation for Accuracy

We are looking for a native Spanish speaker with excellent writing skills to review and proofread the Spanish version of our law firm's website. This is NOT a translation project from scratch. The website has already been translated into Spanish, but we believe there are grammar issues, awkward phrasing, inconsistent terminology, and possible machine translation errors that need to be corrected. ***The website contains approximately 100 pages of legal content (https://www.jasonkisnerlaw.com/)*** Your Responsibilities: Review every Spanish page on the website. Compare the Spanish copy to the original English version when necessary. Correct: Grammar Spelling Punctuation Word choice Awkward or unnatural phrasing Legal terminology Consistency across the site Ensure the copy reads naturally to a native Spanish speaker. Identify any sections that appear mistranslated or misleading. Provide all recommended edits in an organized document (Word, Google Docs, or spreadsheet) so our team can update the website. You will not be editing the website directly. You will simply provide the corrections and recommendations. Ideal Candidate: Native Spanish speaker Excellent written Spanish Fluent in English Experience proofreading or translating websites Experience with legal or professional services content is strongly preferred. Detail-oriented and able to maintain consistent terminology across a large website. We are looking for someone who values quality over speed.
