[Spanish Speaker] Product/Project Manager for an AI SaaS Startup

We're a startup building a voice AI platform for insurance brokers in Mexico and Spain. Requirements change often and the product is fairly complex — we need a Product/Project Manager who's comfortable with that pace. What you'll do: Manage product initiatives from idea to shipped feature Break down requirements into clear specs for developers Talk to operations, clients, and engineers to figure out what's needed Handle shifting priorities without losing track of things Use AI tools in your workflow (specs, docs, research, etc.) What we're looking for: Fluent Spanish (required) Working professional English Experience in software/tech project or product management Comfortable talking to both technical and non-technical people Good at breaking down features and writing specs Comfortable using AI tools Willing to make decisions with incomplete information Fine with fast pace and changing requirements Nice to have: Insurance, fintech, or voice AI experience Experience managing remote teams
