Spanish-Speaking Cold Caller / Sales Closer for Marketing Agency I’m looking for a Spanish-speaking cold caller and/or sales closer to join my marketing agency. We specialize in helping tree service and landscaping companies get more customers organically through Google without relying on paid ads. We do this by building SEO-optimized websites and improving their Google Business Profiles so they can show up more often when customers search for services like tree removal, tree trimming, lawn care, landscaping, and more. Your Role Your main responsibility will be to call business owners who are a good fit for our services, start the conversation, explain how we can help, and guide them through the sales process. Ideally, you’ll be able to take a prospect from the first call all the way to closing the deal and collecting payment. You will not be responsible for fulfillment, website building, SEO work, or account management. Your focus will be sales. Responsibilities Cold call tree service and landscaping business owners Speak with Spanish-speaking and English-speaking prospects Explain our services in a simple, confident way Identify whether the business is a good fit Pitch our offer and answer basic questions Follow up with interested prospects Close deals and help collect payment Keep notes and updates organized in our CRM Ideal Candidate Fluent in Spanish and comfortable speaking English Has experience with cold calling, appointment setting, or sales Confident talking to business owners over the phone Comfortable handling objections Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Able to follow a script but still sound natural Bonus if you have experience selling marketing, websites, SEO, Google Business Profile services, or B2B services Important Note You do not need to handle fulfillment after the sale. Once the client signs up and pays, our team will take care of building the website and optimizing their Google profile. We’re looking for someone who can confidently communicate the value of what we do and help bring on new clients.
