We are looking for a reliable, friendly Spanish-speaking Customer Service Representative to assist with daily client follow-ups. Responsibilities: Make daily follow-up calls to Spanish-speaking clients Ask clients for updates and follow up on pending items Provide simple status updates Document the outcome of each call Follow up consistently with clients who do not answer Communicate updates to our team Requirements: Fluent in Spanish Good communication and customer service skills Comfortable making phone calls throughout the day Reliable and organized Basic English communication skills Stable internet connection and a quiet place to work This is a simple, ongoing customer service position with repetitive daily follow-up tasks.
