Summary

We are a well-established residential cleaning company looking for a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative and Crew Support Coordinator to help support our clients, cleaning technicians, and office team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, friendly on the phone, and comfortable communicating with both customers and field employees throughout the day. You will help with: * Answering calls, texts, emails, and client messages * Communicating with customers about scheduling, service questions, concerns, and follow-ups * Supporting cleaning crews in the field with schedule updates, job notes, client instructions, and problem-solving * Communicating with Spanish-speaking employees clearly and professionally * Updating customer information, job notes, and internal records * Helping resolve client concerns in a calm and service-focused way * Coordinating between management, clients, and crews to keep the day running smoothly * Assisting with reminders, schedule confirmations, quality follow-ups, and other office support tasks The right person should be: * Fluent in English and Spanish * Comfortable speaking and writing professionally in both languages * Reliable, responsive, and detail-oriented * Good at multitasking and staying organized * Friendly, patient, and professional with customers and employees * Able to handle urgent issues without getting overwhelmed * Comfortable using online tools such as email, scheduling software, Slack, Google Sheets, or similar systems * Available during U.S. business hours, especially Central Time Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: * Customer service * Virtual assistant work * Dispatching or scheduling * Home service businesses * Cleaning companies, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, or other field service companies * CRM or scheduling software Schedule This is a remote position, but the person must be available during normal business hours in the United States. We are looking for someone dependable who can become a long-term part of our support team. What We’re Looking For We need someone who can be a steady communication link between our office, our customers, and our cleaning crews.
