Job Description: Rental Property Manager Overview We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Rental Admin Assistant to support our property management operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in administrative tasks, quick to learn new systems, and have a strong attention to detail. This role is crucial in streamlining our maintenance and collections processes, ensuring timely communication with tenants, and maintaining accurate records. You must be able to speak fluent Spanish. Responsibilities: Maintenance and Collections: Implement and maintain a streamlined system for tracking and managing maintenance requests and work orders. Assist with the collection of rent payments and other fees, including sending out timely notices and following up on delinquent accounts. Prepare and send out eviction notices as needed, adhering to legal procedures. Marketing and Leasing: Create and manage effective advertising campaigns for vacant units on various platforms. Screen potential tenants, conduct property tours, and process lease applications. Monitor and update property listings to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain accurate records, including tenant files, lease documents, and financial records. Clean up and optimize existing status spreadsheets, billing, and invoicing systems. Answer and manage incoming calls, responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing general information.
