Spanish-Speaking UX Researcher for Mobile App User Interviews

Project Overview: We are looking for a skilled communicator fluent in Spanish to conduct short, 1-on-1 user interviews to gather insights on our mobile app. The primary goal is to understand user experiences and gather qualitative feedback through brief, informal conversations. Your Responsibilities: 1. Conduct Interviews: Facilitate 15–20 minute semi-structured interviews via WhatsApp or phone. 2. Gather Insights: Engage users in conversation to identify pain points, usage habits, and general impressions of the app. 3. Summarize Findings: Provide a brief, bulleted summary of key takeaways after each interview. Requirements: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone/WhatsApp to ensure users feel comfortable sharing honest feedback. Reliable access to phone/WhatsApp and a professional, organized approach to note-taking.
