Spanish-Speaking VA for Marketing & AI/Automation Projects

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant who speaks fluent Spanish and has previous experience supporting social media and marketing projects. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can work independently, follow instructions carefully, and take ownership of assigned tasks. We need a reliable professional who is comfortable managing different projects and keeping everything organized. Responsibilities Assist with the execution and coordination of marketing projects Schedule and publish content across social media platforms Research content ideas, competitors, influencers, and market trends Coordinate with designers, content creators, and other freelancers Organize marketing materials, files, calendars, and project documentation Update spreadsheets, reports, and task-management systems Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks Perform general virtual assistant and administrative duties when required Use AI tools to research, draft content, and improve productivity Requirements Fluent or native-level Spanish Good written English Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant Demonstrable experience with social media or digital marketing projects Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Proactive mindset: you should identify what needs to be done instead of waiting for instructions at every step Reliable availability and consistent communication Experience with tools such as Canva, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms will be considered an advantage.
