Spanish-speaking Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Sales Specialist to join us on a freelance, part-time basis, with engagement on a per-project basis as new leads become available. This role is ideal for a sales professional with experience selling IT services who can communicate with Spanish-speaking leads, understand their business needs, and guide them through the sales process until a final decision is made. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients in Spanish; • Identify client needs and gather project requirements; • Coordinate with the internal team regarding project estimation and solution design; • Participate in follow-up calls to clarify project details when needed; • Present project estimates and proposed solutions to clients; • Support negotiations and guide prospects through the decision-making process; • Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the entire sales cycle. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in IT services sales or service-based IT solutions; • Spanish language proficiency at B2–C1+ level; • Experience in B2B sales and negotiations; • Strong ability to identify client needs and present tailored solutions; • Self-management, responsibility, and proactive communication skills. Nice to Have: • Experience with eCommerce projects and online retail businesses; • Understanding of Shopify or other eCommerce platforms; • Experience selling web development or digital services; • English language skills; • Based in Spain or familiar with the Spanish market. Cooperation Format: • Freelance / Part-time; • Fully remote; • Optional access to our coworking space in Barcelona; • Engagement on demand as new leads become available; • Opportunity to transition into a more active full-time collaboration in the future.
