Speaking Engagement & Partnership Coordinator (Virtual Assistant) Part-Time | Remote | 5–10 Hours Per Week | $4/hour (to start) About Me I am a relationship expert, speaker, corporate executive, and founder who helps high-achieving women build healthy relationships and helps organizations improve relational intelligence in the age of AI. I'm looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant who loves research, outreach, and building relationships. Your primary responsibility is identifying speaking opportunities that lead to new coaching clients, corporate consulting engagements, podcast interviews, and strategic partnerships. This is an ongoing, long-term opportunity for the right person. Key Responsibilities • Research conferences, summits, women's organizations, SHRM chapters, Chambers of Commerce, corporations with ERGs, leadership organizations, universities, churches, and podcasts. • Identify decision-makers and verify contact information. • Personalize and send outreach emails using provided templates. • Submit speaker applications and follow up 2–3 times. • Maintain outreach tracking in Google Sheets and basic updates in GoHighLevel. • Schedule discovery calls when prospects express interest. • Deliver a weekly report summarizing outreach activity, responses, booked calls, and recommendations. Success Metrics • Research 50–75 new speaking opportunities per week • Send 30–50 personalized outreach emails per week • Complete at least 20 follow-ups per week • Help generate 2–5 qualified discovery calls per month once outreach is established Qualifications Required: • Excellent written English • Strong internet research skills • High attention to detail • Reliable internet connection • Comfortable using Google Sheets • Organized and self-directed Preferred: • Podcast outreach experience • GoHighLevel experience • LinkedIn • Hunter.io or Apollo.io • CRM experience • Canva Compensation Starting Pay: • $4/hour • 5–10 hours per week • Performance bonuses available • Opportunity for additional hours and increased compensation based on results Application Questions 1.
