Speaking support TEFL teacher

We are a private school which teaches English as foreign language to adult Spanish speakers. We are looking to hire someone to help our senior teachers with our online speaking classes through Google meet, mostly covering holidays, days off or simply stepping in when needed during the current school term. The candidate would be provided with a curriculum to follow and specific materials to use and will be expected to assist students in improving their skills in an often exam-focused environment. Classes will be recorded and may be reviewed by senior teachers in order to check students' performance. We would very much like this to be a long-term relationship, which could grow from temporary and ocasional into a full-time position.
