Summary

We're a brand development agency building informational and e-commerce websites for clients across a range of industries. As we scale our production, we need a sharp, detail-obsessed QA specialist to join our workflow and be a critical part of our dev process. Estimated Hours: 10–15 hrs/week to start, with potential to grow to 20 hrs/week What you'll be doing: You'll receive a completed or in-progress website build (typically 4–10 pages) and compare it against the Figma design files — pixel by pixel, interaction by interaction. Sites are built in Webflow or Shopify. You'll be testing across devices and screen sizes using BrowserStack (or your own devices with inspect/DevTools), covering Apple, Samsung, Windows, and Mac environments. When you find issues, you'll log them using Volley or BugHerd with clear, precise comments for the dev team. Larger bugs get escalated as tasks in ClickUp. Once a dev marks something resolved, you own the follow-up — you review it thoroughly, not just at a glance. You're a fit if you: You know how to operate Figma really well. You have a great grip of the English language. Have a genuinely exceptional eye — you notice when something is 2px off, a font weight is wrong, or a hover state is missing. Are technically savvy and comfortable in DevTools, inspect mode, and browser simulators Know how to write a bug report that a developer can actually act on — clear and specific. Stay on top of your task queue without being chased. Communicate proactively and professionally in written English Can jump on a Google Meet when needed Bonus: speak or write Ukrainian 🇺🇦 Tools you'll use: Figma · Webflow · Shopify · BrowserStack (or personal devices) · Volley · BugHerd · ClickUp · Google Meet To apply, please include: A brief description of your QA experience with websites (Webflow/Shopify experience is a plus) Tools you've used for bug reporting Devices/OS combinations you can test on A short note on how you approach a QA pass — what's your process? Applications without a response to these questions will not be reviewed.
