IT Specialist for Email Migration

We need an experienced IT specialist to migrate our company email system from Microsoft 365 / Outlook to Google Workspace (Gmail). The work includes setting up Google Workspace for our domain, migrating all email accounts and historical emails, and moving calendars and contacts if needed. You will also configure MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records, verify email flow, and test everything after migration. The goal is a smooth transition with minimal or zero downtime and no data loss, followed by safe decommissioning of the old Microsoft 365 setup. Please share your relevant migration experience, recommended migration method, required access, estimated timeline, and how you will prevent downtime or data loss. We prefer delegated or admin access rather than sharing the primary owner password.
