IT & Digital Systems Specialist (Full-Time / Long-Term) We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT & Digital Systems Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong IT knowledge with design, website management, automation, AI, and business systems experience. We are looking for a problem solver who takes initiative, works independently, and is passionate about improving processes through technology. Key Responsibilities * Website management, updates, troubleshooting, and optimisation * Graphic design for marketing materials, social media, brochures, signage, and presentations * IT support and systems administration * Setup and maintenance of computers, software, email accounts, and cloud platforms * CRM and database management * Business process automation and workflow improvements * AI integration and implementation * Management of digital assets and brand consistency * Creation and maintenance of systems, procedures, and documentation * Support of digital marketing activities and campaigns * Liaising with external software providers and developers * Identifying opportunities to improve business efficiency through technology Essential Skills * Strong IT troubleshooting and technical support experience * Website development and management experience * Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar) * Experience with AI tools and automation platforms * Excellent written and verbal English communication skills * Strong organisational and project management skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Preferred Experience * WordPress or web development * Video editing * CRM management * SEO and digital marketing * Process automation tools * Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 * Experience supporting growing businesses What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who takes ownership, thinks strategically, and actively identifies solutions rather than waiting for instructions.
