HR Specialists Needed for Resume Evaluation

Hey there! We're running research to validate how accurately AI scores resumes for different roles. To do that, we need real professionals to score a set of candidate CVs so we can compare expert judgment to AI output. This is a short, remote, one-time project. You'll score candidate CVs through a structured online survey we provide, scoring around 5 minutes each. **What you'll do** - Review CVs for customer service and support, general manager, and administrative support roles - Score each CV using a clear rubric we provide - Complete the scoring through an online survey (link provided after onboarding) - Most reviewers will score one set of 18 CVs; some may be asked to score two sets (36 CVs) **What we're looking for** - 5+ years of experience in HR, talent acquisition, or recruitment, with experience screening across customer-facing, management, and administrative roles - Familiarity with evaluating resumes against role requirements - Strong English reading skills - Available to complete the work by 30 June 2026 The estimated time is approximately 1.5 hours for one set of 18 CVs, or 3 hours for two sets.
