We are looking for confident English speakers with strong communication and analytical skills to participate in simulated call sessions aimed at improving spoken English in professional environments. What You’ll Do Participate in live or recorded simulated calls as a fluent English speaker. Evaluate participants’ spoken English for fluency, clarity, pronunciation, and overall communication effectiveness. Provide clear, structured, and constructive feedback to support continuous improvement. Help learners build confidence and proficiency in workplace and everyday conversational English. Who We’re Looking For Near-native or highly fluent English proficiency. Strong listening skills with the ability to analyze spoken communication. A supportive, clear, and encouraging communication style. Previous experience in language coaching, training, or evaluation is an advantage but not required. Nice to Have Background in communication coaching, language instruction, or assessment. A genuine interest in language learning and personal development.
