Specifications and other stuff for Utility Patent Draft

I had the claims drafted by someone who did 4 patents (all granted) in the past. However, the claims need minor modification in regards to two claims to be moved under another independent claim. Also, the word sprocket is not the correct word to use due to the invention having no chain. I hired someone to draft the remainder of the utility patent and came out to be about 50 pages, making an omnibus patent for continuation in part follow up submissions for extra patents. Some reason after I submitted my feedback, he became unresponsive. He never responded back since. Due to this, I have no IP rights to his work. I figured if I paid him in part and close the contract would do, but that is risky. So, the draft is for reference to give ideas when making it from scratch again. I had someone else work on it but she was new at freelancing and ended up realizing that she didn't fully do her due-diligence in regards to fully understanding the job description requirement before being hired, which was listed clearly. She quit and closed her Upwork account. So, I have no rights to her IP work as well. You will get to use both freelancer drafts for reference and ideas, but cannot copy/paste their work due to trying to avoid copyright infringement. I don't want my patent granted for them to sue me later. I will provide the necessary documents, videos, and things to fully understand this invention. Drawings will be included. There will be drawings from the other freelancers, but you will have to recreate it again due to trying to avoid copyright infringement. I have the CAD files as well if you want to add different views and things. Also come up with views and things to help support the overall invention. Your job is mainly to make this utility patent error free and grantable, fulfilling the claims. Also, make technical jargon to explain the process and any other necessary things. The 2nd freelancer was a bit less technical compared to the 1st freelancer. But, you will have to start over with your own words to not be like a copy/paste from their work. You are to do what it takes to create and finish this utility patent in a way that is professional, error free, and ready for submission. I will be reviewing it, of course. The drawings are also to meet patent rules so that is your responsibility for doing those. What I provide is what you can work from, but any additional stuff or edits is on your end to work on. If you are using AI, please do in private mode. I want a serous professional who knows what they are doing that will not confuse me nor the patent examiner during review, yet secured enough for securing a patent protection and possibly follow up patents to tag along. Expect a revision after your work is done. I highly recommend you to check your work for errors carefully as well. I will provide the information you need before hired so that you can determine if this is something you can do. It deals with RFID, DC motors, Servo, touch-sensitive pads, electronic controller, electronic elements like speaker/ microphone, wireless transmission to mobile, and mechanical elements. Of course, you may renumber references to drawings and make your own numbers. You are starting over with the two drafts as supplemental reference/ideas. Using your own professional technical know how to avoid copyright strike. I want to feel confident in you and be comfortable and relaxed knowing you will do an excellent job when you ask for me to review your work.
