Spool Fabrication Drawings (Piping & Ductwork)

Scope includes: Review IFC drawings, BIM models, specifications, and project requirements. Develop detailed spool fabrication drawings for all designated piping systems and HVAC ductwork. Include dimensions, elevations, coordinates, fitting take-offs, weld/joint locations, supports (where applicable), tags, and unique spool identification numbers. Coordinate spool drawings with architectural, structural, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems to maintain clash-free fabrication documents. Produce fabrication-ready drawings suitable for shop manufacturing and field installation. Participate in coordination meetings with the project team as required (up to eight (8) one-hour virtual meetings). Address review comments and provide revised spool drawings through final approval. Deliver final spool drawings in PDF and native CAD/Revit formats, along with any required spool schedules or material lists. Deliverables Fabrication spool drawings for piping systems. Fabrication spool drawings for HVAC ductwork. Spool schedules and identification logs. Final coordinated fabrication package suitable for shop fabrication and installation.
