Sports Bra Tech Pack for activewear brand

I'm developing an organic activewear brand and need an experienced tech pack designer for our first style: a women's sports tank top with a built-in shelf bra. I have reference images and a clear direction — I'm looking for someone who can translate that vision into a precise, factory-ready tech pack. This is not a from-scratch design brief; accuracy to the reference and technical execution are the priority.
