We are developing a premium women's hybrid running shorts for our sportswear brand. We currently have: - A physical reference shorts - Photos of the garment - Design ideas and functional requirements - Pocket placement concepts We are looking for an experienced sportswear pattern maker who can: - Measure and analyze the reference shorts - Create a digital pattern - Develop a professional technical specification / Tech Pack - Prepare manufacturer-ready files - Advise on construction and fit if needed Experience with running shorts, activewear, sportswear or performance apparel is highly preferred. Please provide examples of previous sportswear projects.
