About Us: Happy Fresh Co in Laredo Texas We’re a fast-growing beverage startup looking for an experienced Square expert to completely organize and optimize our business systems. We’ve already purchased our iPad and Square POS. Now we need an expert who can transform it into a beautiful, organized, easy-to-use system for our team and customers. This is more than data entry—we’re looking for someone who understands restaurant and beverage operations and can build a scalable POS system. Scope of Work You’ll be responsible for setting up and organizing: * Square POS * Complete Item Library * Product categories * Beautiful menu layout * Product photos * Modifiers and add-ons * Inventory tracking * Taxes * Employee permissions * Customer profiles * Gift cards * Loyalty program * Online ordering * QR code ordering * Cash App ordering integration (if possible) * Reports and analytics * Receipt customization * Future-ready structure for multiple locations and pop-up events Our Goal We want our POS to be: * Beautiful * Clean * Fast * Easy for employees to learn * Easy for customers to order from * Organized for future growth Think of creating the “Apple” version of a beverage POS—simple, intuitive, and visually appealing. Ideal Candidate You have experience setting up Square for: * Restaurants * Cafés * Coffee shops * Beverage companies * Food trucks * Pop-up businesses You know Square inside and out and can recommend best practices rather than simply following instructions.
