Summary

We are launching a new coffee shop (Latte Life) and are looking for an experienced Square POS specialist to design and configure a clean, efficient system for a high-volume café. This is a remote consulting project. You will configure the system and guide our team through implementation via video and screen share. We are NOT looking for basic setup—we need someone with real café or restaurant POS experience who can structure the system properly from the start. What We Need Help With • Full Square POS configuration (settings, taxes, layout) • Menu build (items, sizes, modifiers) • Advanced modifier structure (milk, syrups, add-ons, pricing) • Ticketing setup + bar workflow optimization • Inventory setup aligned with our costing model • Workflow design (POS → drink prep → customer pickup) Visual Design • Design menu presentation for operational efficiency (easy to update) and customer experience (easy to navigate) • Ensure menu aligns with current Latte Life branding Important You must be able to: • Guide setup remotely (Zoom / screen share) • Translate café operations into an efficient POS system • Recommend best practices for high-volume coffee environments Ideal Experience • Proven experience with Square POS in cafés or restaurants • Strong understanding of modifiers and drink customization workflows • Experience designing systems for speed and accuracy To Apply Please include: 1.
