Squarespace Specialist for Blog Posts, Funnel Pages, Forms & Email Campaigns

We are looking for an experienced Squarespace specialist to become an ongoing production partner for our team. Our business combines education, clinical services, and medical device sales. We operate websites focused on fertility, women's health, photobiomodulation (PBM), red light therapy, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and related health topics. We sell laser therapy devices directly to consumers and regularly create educational content, sales funnel pages, treatment information, intake forms, assessments, protocols, and email campaigns to support our products and services. We have a growing backlog of work and are looking for someone who can consistently build high-quality assets in Squarespace from detailed instructions and content that we provide. This is not a strategy, copywriting, SEO, or marketing role. We provide: • Page structure and layout guidance • Copy and content • Images and visual assets • SEO guidance • Templates and examples • Detailed implementation instructions We need someone who can take those materials and build polished, professional assets in Squarespace. Typical projects include: • Blog posts • Long-form content pages • Sales funnel pages • Landing pages • Intake forms • Assessment forms • Treatment protocol pages • Squarespace Email Campaigns • General Squarespace content updates We are beginning with several funnel page and blog post projects but expect ongoing work for the right person. We have dozens of existing blog posts, funnel pages, forms, email campaigns, and other Squarespace projects planned. Most projects begin with a detailed content document and clear implementation instructions. We are looking for someone who enjoys executing well-defined projects rather than creating strategy from scratch. We are looking for someone who: • Has substantial Squarespace experience • Follows instructions carefully • Has strong attention to detail • Communicates clearly and consistently • Builds clean, mobile-friendly pages • Is comfortable working from templates and documented processes We are not looking for: • Agencies • SEO consultants • Copywriters • Marketing strategists • Website redesign consultants We are specifically looking for an individual contributor who enjoys execution and production work.
