Squarespace Website Designer for Luxury Fashion Stylist & Personal Brand Project Overview I’m looking for an experienced Squarespace website designer with strong branding, UX/UI, and website strategy experience to design, build, and launch my personal brand website. This is Phase 1 of a larger long-term project. My immediate goal is to launch a polished, luxury-inspired website that allows potential clients to: * Learn about my services * Purchase digital products * Book styling sessions online * Experience a seamless client journey from booking through post-session follow-up The website should be elegant, modern, mobile-friendly, SEO-friendly, fast, easy for me to update, and built with future expansion in mind. ⸻ About Me I am a New York City fashion stylist, fashion strategist, content creator, and consultant with over 30 years of experience spanning fashion design, manufacturing, luxury retail, and personal styling. My work focuses on helping clients build confidence through personal style while also educating audiences on the business, history, craftsmanship, and strategy behind the fashion industry. I already have: * Squarespace account * Domain name * Brand direction * Photography * Service offerings * Booking packages * Four existing digital products * Website copy (or will provide it during the project) I’m looking for someone who can bring everything together into a polished website while helping refine the branding, layout, user experience, copy presentation, and SEO. ⸻ Scope of Work (Phase 1) Build a Squarespace website including: * Home * About * Services * Shop (Digital Downloads) * Booking * Blog * Testimonials * Contact The website should include: * Luxury, modern design * Mobile-responsive layout * Booking platform integration * Contact forms * Newsletter signup * Shop page featuring my existing digital products * Basic on-page SEO * Google Analytics setup * Google Search Console setup * Social media integration * Social media links to all active platforms * Social media icons displayed throughout the website where appropriate * Ability to embed Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, and future social media content * Fast-loading pages * Privacy Policy * Terms & Conditions ⸻ Client Workflow & Automation Creating an excellent client experience is one of the most important goals of this project. I’d like the website and booking platform to support a workflow similar to this: 1. Client books a styling session. 2. Confirmation email is automatically sent. 3. Client automatically receives a styling questionnaire (Google Forms or similar). 4. Automatic reminder email(s) are sent if the questionnaire has not been completed before the appointment (ideally one week before the session). 5. Client attends styling session. 6. Client automatically receives a thank-you email after the session. 7. Client automatically receives a review/testimonial questionnaire. 8. Approved testimonials can easily be displayed on the website. 9. Client is added to my newsletter/email list (if they opt in). I’m open to recommendations for the best booking platform and workflow automation tools. ⸻ Future Expansion (Phase 2+) The website should be built so it can easily grow over time.
