Squarespace Website Redesign + Seamless Photo Upload Workflow & User Experience (Home Services)

I run a custom curtain business and I'm looking for an experienced Squarespace developer to redesign my website and improve the overall workflow and user experience. The goal is to make the photo submission, measurement, and order process seamless, fast, and intuitive for customers, while also making the site visually appealing and high-end. This is a Squarespace-only build. Please do not apply if your primary/recent experience is Shopify, WordPress, Wix, or Duda. We need someone whose day-to-day work is Squarespace specifically. Scope of Work: 1. Website Redesign (Conversion-Focused) - Modern, clean, premium style for luxury home decor - Improved layout, spacing, and typography - Optimized homepage and product pages for conversions - Mobile-responsive design 2. Workflow & User Experience Update - Redesign the customer flow for window measurement and curtain ordering - Make the process quick, intuitive, and visually guided - Integrate clear step-by-step instructions with diagrams or icons 3. Custom Photo Upload Feature - Customers can upload photos of their window(s) - Enter key measurements: window width and floor-to-ceiling height - Upload additional photos: curtain fabrics, header styles, inspiration images - Include visual guides showing: how to take photos correctly, where to measure, and use of reference objects (paper, tape measure) - Form submissions sent to your email or dashboard in an organized way 4. Order Tracking & Submission Organization - Form submissions sync to a Google Sheet structured around our order pipeline - Each submission creates a row containing: customer name, contact info, submission date, uploaded photo(s), window measurements, fabric/style preferences, and a status field - Status field reflects our order stages: Inquiry Received, Under Review, Quote Sent, Order Confirmed, In Production, Delivered - Goal: see at a glance where every customer sits in the process without digging through email 5. Forms for Orders & Agreements - Pre-order agreement forms with electronic signature - Optional additional forms: consultation requests, measurement confirmations - Fully integrated into the seamless workflow 6. Visual Aids & Graphical Elements - Diagrams, icons, or illustrations guiding users through photo submissions, measurements, and rod placement/curtain style selection - Optional interactive graphics if feasible 7. Additional Functionality - Galleries for fabrics, header styles, and past projects - Ability to edit/update workflow and content easily as needed - Any other improvements the developer recommends to enhance UX 8. Basic SEO & Performance - Fast page loading - Proper headings, meta titles, and basic SEO setup Ideal Candidate: - Strong, recent, and verifiable experience with Squarespace - Skilled in UX/UI and workflow design - Experience creating custom forms, photo uploads, and e-signatures - Experience with visual guides and diagrams for user instructions - Home services or product customization experience is a plus Timeline: 2-4 weeks (depending on scope) Budget: $1,500-$2,500 (reflecting design, workflow, forms, and graphics).
