Squarespace expert to help update the current site + add landing pages

We're looking for an experienced Squarespace designer/developer to help us take our website to the next level. This isn't simply a "make a few edits" project. We're looking for someone who can bring strategic thinking, strong UX knowledge and modern AI workflows to help us create a website that better reflects where our business is today. The website is www.flobuyersagents.com.au Our business has grown significantly over the past 12 months. When the current website was built, we were a new buyers agency. Today, we're operating in a much more premium space with a strong track record, extensive media exposure and a much broader client base. We need our website to reflect that. Initial scope of work The successful freelancer will help us with a combination of strategy, design and development, including: * Refreshing the homepage, including a new hero section and an "As Seen In" media banner. * Creating a dedicated "As Seen In" page showcasing Jordan's television, radio and media appearances. * Restructuring the website so there is a clear distinction between: 1. Property investors 2. Owner-occupiers/home buyers * Improving the overall user journey and website structure so visitors quickly find the information most relevant to them. * Creating two high-converting landing pages for paid advertising: 1. Property Investment 2. Central Coast Home Buyers * Adding or improving lead capture throughout the website, including email opt-in forms and lead magnets. * Setting up a blog and creating a structure that allows us to regularly publish articles for SEO. * Reviewing the entire website and providing recommendations for improving conversion rates, user experience, trust signals and premium positioning. Who we're looking for Ideally you: * Are a genuine Squarespace expert (design, development and customisation). * Have strong UX/UI experience and understand conversion-focused websites. * Understand SEO best practice. * Are comfortable using custom CSS and code where required. * Are experienced using AI tools to speed up design and development without compromising quality. We're looking for someone who embraces modern workflows and can deliver efficiently rather than building everything manually. * Can make strategic recommendations, not just complete a task list. * Have an excellent eye for clean, premium, high-end design. Experience working with service-based businesses, professional services or property businesses would be highly regarded. To apply Please include: 1.
