B2B Business Development & Sales Specialist – Outsourcing We are looking for an experienced B2B sales professional with a background in outsourcing, BPO, staffing, or recruitment. We're looking for someone who can call our provided leads, book qualified appointments, and share real-world strategies on how outsourcing companies generate and win clients. What You'll Do * Cold call leads provided by ConnectPro * Speak with US business owners and decision-makers * Qualify prospects and book qualified appointments * Handle objections and follow up with prospects * Help improve our sales scripts and approach * Share proven strategies for acquiring outsourcing clients * Provide insights on industries, channels, and sales approaches that work Ideal Candidate * 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience * Background in **BPO, outsourcing, staffing, VA, or recruitment sales** * Experience selling services to US businesses * Strong English communication and objection-handling skills * Proven cold-calling and appointment-setting experience * Understands how outsourcing companies acquire clients * CRM experience Recruiting-only experience is not enough. We need someone with B2B client acquisition experience. Leads and training will be provided. We're looking for someone who can both SELL and help us improve our client acquisition strategy.
