Startup Business Development & Sales Partner (Fixed Price + Success Bonus) Ekara Financials is looking for a business development professional who can help us acquire startups and SMEs for our Financial Management Platform and Marketing Credit Line services. This is not a cold-calling volume role. We are looking for someone who can identify opportunities, start conversations, build relationships, and work alongside our team to close business. What We Offer 1) Financial Management Platform Helping startups and SMEs manage: • Financial visibility • Management reporting • Cash flow monitoring • Budgeting and forecasting • Founder-focused financial insights 2) Marketing Credit Line Providing growth-focused businesses access to capital for: • Digital advertising • Customer acquisition • Performance marketing • Influencer campaigns • Business growth initiatives Target Markets United States United Kingdom Netherlands Germany Canada Australia Singapore United Arab Emirates New Zealand How the Engagement Works You will: • Identify qualified prospects • Reach founders and decision makers • Conduct initial discussions • Arrange and participate in sales meetings • Work with the Ekara team during presentations and commercial discussions • Support the process until closure The sales process will be handled jointly by you and the Ekara team. Success Metrics The project will be evaluated based on: • Closed clients • Revenue generated • Quality of opportunities created Meeting volume alone will not be considered success. Compensation Fixed Project Fee + Success-Based Bonus We are open to discussing attractive incentives for every successfully closed client. Long-term partnership opportunities are available for high performers. Ideal Candidate • B2B sales experience • Startup ecosystem exposure • Founder network preferred • Experience selling professional services, SaaS, fintech, consulting, or business solutions • Comfortable working directly with founders and decision makers When applying, please share: 1.
