Summary

Startup Operations & Growth Associate (Food Brand) We are building a new food brand from the ground up and are looking for a smart, ambitious, and organized individual to help us research, plan, build systems, and support growth as we move from concept to launch. This is not a typical assistant role. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, thinking strategically, building processes, conducting research, and helping turn ideas into reality. The ideal candidate is resourceful, proactive, detail-oriented, and excited about being involved in an early-stage business where they can learn, contribute, and grow over time. Responsibilities may include: • Market and competitor research • Business and operational planning • Vendor and supplier outreach • Process documentation and SOP creation • Project coordination • Organizing information and reports • Evaluating business opportunities and ideas • Assisting with launch planning and execution • Helping improve systems and workflows • General business development support Preferred Qualifications: • Strong communication skills • Excellent organizational skills • Strong problem-solving ability • Self-motivated and proactive • Experience with business operations, startups, project management, food businesses, hospitality, or related industries is a plus but not required To be considered, please answer the following questions: 1.
