Static Ads Designer – Performance Creative UK DTC Health/Wellness Ecommerce Brand

We're looking for a talented Static Ads Designer to create high-performing Meta ads for a growing UK health and wellness ecommerce brand. This isn't a brand design role, we need someone who understands direct response, can take a brief and customer research and turn it into ads that stop the scroll and drive action. We're looking for around 20–30 static ads per month on an ongoing basis. What You'll Be Doing - Taking creative briefs and sub-avatar research and translating them into compelling static ads - Working with headline suggestions from the team or sourcing your own based on the brief - Turning customer insights and reviews into visual ad concepts - Creating brand assets using AI tools and product imagery - Delivering clean, on-brand work that's ready to go live without back and forth What We Can Offer - A long-term, ongoing freelance role with consistent monthly volume - The ability to join the brand full time for the right candidate should you wish - Long term bonus/incentive schemes for the right candidate - Direct access to the founder with fast decisions, no corporate layers - Clear briefs and a collaborative team - we make it easy to do great work - Room to grow as the brand scales What We're Looking For - A strong understanding of direct response and what makes a static ad actually convert - Copywriting experience, you need to be comfortable working with headlines and hooks, not just making things look pretty! - The ability to work independently from a brief without needing design direction hand-held - Experience using AI tools to generate and enhance visual assets - Someone reliable, fast, and easy to work with
