Static Ad Designer - Higgsfield + Claude + Figma/Canva

We're are looking for a high-performing static ads / graphics designer for E-commerce brands. We run a modern, AI-first production pipeline. We move fast, we work off tight reference briefs, and we care about one thing: ads that stop the scroll and sell. What you'll do: You'll turn reference templates and written briefs into finished static ads for Meta and other paid social placements. This is production design, not brand-identity work. You'll take a proven layout or swipe, follow the brief, and execute it cleanly and quickly for the brand in front of you. Day to day you will: - Generate ad visuals using Higgsfield (image generation, product-reference binding, backgrounds, scenes) - Use Claude Code / Claude as part of the production workflow to move through briefs efficiently - Build and finish layouts in Figma or Canva (text, hierarchy, cropping, resizing to 1:1 and 9:16) - Work from reference templates and written instructions and match them precisely - Keep product fidelity exact: the real product, the real colors, no invented details Who you are: - You've made static ads before, ideally direct-response or ecommerce - You can look at a reference and replicate its structure and psychology, then swap in a new brand - You follow instructions closely and need minimal hand-holding - You're comfortable with AI tools and actually enjoy working this way Must-have skills (please do not apply without these): - Higgsfield - hands-on experience generating images - Claude Code / Claude - you've used it and are comfortable in it - Figma or Canva - solid working ability - Ability to work from reference templates + written briefs with little supervision Nice to have: - Direct-response / performance ad experience - Understanding of ad hierarchy (hook, product, CTA) - Familiarity with Meta ad specs and placements - Experience working with Claude agents / subagents or MCP (a big plus, this is how we run production) How to apply: - Send 3-5 static ad samples (ecommerce or DR preferred) - Tell us specifically how you've used Higgsfield and Claude in your work - Show a before/after where you took a Swipe file / reference template and adapted it for a different brand. - Include the word scroll-stopper at the top of your application so we know you read this Applications that skip these steps won't be reviewed.
