Static Ad Designer — AI Image Generation (Meta Ads / DTC)

**About the brand** We run a fast-growing DTC skincare brand in the US and we're currently in a full scaling phase. We operate with a lean, remote team and move fast. Quality and speed both matter. --- **What you'll be working on** You'll be producing static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram. Your work will be based on four main strategies: — **Copy mining** — analyzing winning creatives from competitor brands, extracting what makes them effective, and adapting them intelligently to our product and audience. — **Iteration of winning creatives** — taking our best-performing formats and adapting them to new marketing angles. — **Native ads** — creating organic-looking static creatives that blend naturally into the feed, paired with long-form copy. The image must feel real and unpolished — like a moment pulled from someone's camera roll, not a branded ad. — **Script-based creatives** — bringing new static concepts to life based on a provided script. This requires creativity and the ability to translate a written direction into a compelling visual. Each creative comes with a detailed brief. You won't be guessing — but you will be expected to understand the strategy behind each brief and make smart creative decisions. --- **What we're looking for** — Strong experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, Higgsfield, Nano Banana, or equivalent) — Proven experience creating static ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — DTC or e-commerce background — you understand what drives performance, not just aesthetics — Ability to do copy mining and adapt competitor creatives without copying them — Comfortable working from detailed briefs and respecting brand guidelines strictly — Fast turnaround — we move quickly and expect the same — Good level of English — briefs and copy are in English — Attention to detail — file naming, numbering, and delivery standards matter — Bonus: experience in the health, wellness, or skincare niche --- **How we work** — Briefs are shared via Upwork and Google Drive — Creatives are delivered to a shared Google Drive folder following a strict naming convention — We give detailed feedback on every batch — you'll always know exactly what to improve — We value initiative — if you spot a creative opportunity, we want to hear it — Long-term collaboration is the goal if the fit is right --- **Why work with us** We're a small, fast-moving team still in growth mode — which means there's real room to make an impact.
