Graphic Designer for High-Converting Facebook & Instagram Static Ads (E-commerce) We’re looking for a talented graphic designer who understands performance marketing, not just good design. We run a fast-growing football performance apparel brand and are looking for someone to create high-converting static ads for Facebook and Instagram. Our goal is to consistently test new creative angles and scale winning ads. What You’ll Do * Design 20–30 static ads per week * Deliver each ad in 1:1 (1080x1080) and 9:16 (1080x1920) formats * Use product renders, lifestyle photography, and brand assets that we provide * Create multiple variations of concepts, headlines, layouts, and hooks for testing * Follow our brand guidelines while bringing fresh creative ideas What We’re Looking For * Proven experience designing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads that are built to convert * Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and e-commerce creative * Ability to balance clean branding with attention-grabbing layouts * Fast turnaround times and excellent communication * Experience with sports, apparel, or DTC brands is a plus To Apply Please include: * Your portfolio (especially Meta ads you’ve designed) * Examples of ads that achieved strong performance (CTR, ROAS, CPA improvements, etc., if available) * Your favorite DTC brands from a creative perspective * The design software you primarily use (Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator, etc.) We’re looking for a long-term partner. If you’re consistently producing creatives that perform, there will be plenty of ongoing work and opportunities to grow with the brand.
