Ai Static Ad Specialist

About the role We're a direct-to-consumer brand in the peptide space. We run paid social through a media buyer agency, and we're looking for a primarily English speaking specialist who can feed that engine with a steady stream of high-quality, AI-produced ad creative. You will own creative production, not media buying. You take a concept and turn it into polished, platform-ready ads using AI tools, then hand finished assets to our media buyer for placement and testing. We care about output that is clean, on-brand, and compliant — this is a regulated category, so disciplined creative is as important as eye-catching creative. This is a trial-first hire. We'll start with one small paid project (a defined batch of ad concepts) so we can see how you work and how the creative performs. If it's a fit, we move to an ongoing relationship. Skills we're looking for: We want a proven specialist — someone with a portfolio of AI-generated ad creative that has actually run on paid social, ideally in a regulated or health-adjacent niche. Specifically: -Hands-on fluency with AI image tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion / Flux) -Real editing and design skills to polish and finish AI output: CapCut / Premiere for video, and Photoshop / Figma / Canva for statics. AI gets you 70% there; you take it the rest of the way. -A strong eye for design, typography and layout — since our look is type-led, this matters more than for a typical brand. -Working knowledge of paid-social creative: what makes a scroll-stopping hook, how to build testable variations, and how to size and export for Meta and TikTok. -Understanding of ad-platform compliance, especially in regulated categories. Bonus: direct experience producing ads for supplements, wellness, or other restricted verticals, and familiarity with collaborating alongside a media buyer. How we like to work: -Async and organized. We're remote and value clear, proactive written updates over constant calls. -Brief-driven. You'll get a written brief and our brand guidelines for each batch. We expect creative to respect them — and we welcome your ideas for hooks and concepts within those guardrails. -Tight feedback loops. We'll give specific, direct feedback and expect fast, clean iteration. The faster we can run a concept → variation → test loop, the better. -Collaborative with the media buyer. You produce; they place and report. We'll loop you into what's winning so the next batch is sharper. -Reliable cadence. Hitting agreed delivery dates with well-labeled files. How to apply: Please include: -A portfolio showing AI-generated ad creative you've made — ideally ads that actually ran on paid social. Note which pieces were AI-produced and what your role was. -The tools you use for images, video, and copy, and a quick note on your typical workflow from brief to finished asset. -Any experience in regulated or health-adjacent niches and your familiarity with Meta/TikTok ad policies. -Your rate and availability, and a proposed scope/price for an initial paid trial project. *Applications that show the work and address compliance directly will go to the top of the pile.
