Performance Ad Creative Designer and/or Video Editor Needed for Music Festival Campaign **Note: 500 is initial budget. I'd like to work out either an hourly rate or a 'X creatives for Y dollars" we can chat about that if we work together. We’re looking for a creative designer and/or video editor to help produce paid social ad creatives for a music festival campaign. This is not just a “make a pretty flyer” project. We’re looking for someone who understands how to create ads that stop the scroll, feel native to platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and ideally help drive ticket sales. The best fit would be someone with a mix of: * Graphic design * Short-form video editing * Paid social creative experience * Marketing/copywriting instincts * Ability to come up with creative angles and hooks * Fast turnaround and strong communication Ideally, you can create both static ads and short-form video ads. However, if you absolutely crush one format — either video or static — we’re open to specialists as well. What we’re looking for We need creatives that feel native, interesting, and conversion-focused. We’re open to polished designs, UGC-style edits, “ugly ads,” meme-style concepts, bold static graphics, motion graphics, AI-assisted creative, and anything else that could realistically perform. We care more about ideas, speed, taste, and performance thinking than overly perfect design. Some of the creative angles may include things like: * “One last music festival before summer ends” * Group chat / friend group FOMO * Midwest-area summer send-off * Artist/lineup hype * VIP experience * Price jump / ticket urgency * “Not another boring weekend” * Native TikTok/Reels-style discovery ads We already have a larger creative brief, brand assets, event details, and angle ideas prepared. If selected for the trial, we’ll share the necessary assets and direction. Initial paid trial We’re going to choose 3–5 people for a small paid trial first. The trial will be a $20 milestone. For the trial, you can choose one of the following: 1. Create one short video ad concept OR 2. Create two static ad concepts The goal of the trial is to see how you think creatively, how well you understand the vibe, how quickly you can execute, and whether your creative style fits what we’re looking for. After the trial, we’ll choose one or more people to continue working with on an ongoing basis. The long-term work would involve regularly creating new ad creatives, testing different angles, and helping us find winning concepts. Important Please apply only if you are comfortable creating performance-focused ad creatives, not just general branding/design work. We value: * Fast communication * Quick turnaround * Creative thinking * Ability to test different concepts * Understanding of paid social ads * Willingness to create multiple variations * Ability to work from a brief but also bring your own ideas AI tools are fine if you use them well. The final creative should not look cheap, generic, or obviously AI-generated unless that is intentionally part of the concept. To apply Please send: 1.
