Statistical analysis of research data

We are looking for a statistician to analyse our data and respond to a comment [see below - URL]. The data is very simple: one table containing various figures about the System Usability Scale. Published SUS reliability in the mainstream literature sits at α ≈ 0.85–0.92 after correct reverse-coding. An α of 0.179 is far more consistent with reliability computed on raw (non-reversed) items, not with a "bipolar scale artefact" as the authors argue. The same applies to ω = 0.161. The Lewis & Sauro caveat cannot carry this load; the correct explanation is much more likely to be a computational error in the reliability analysis itself. Please re-run α and ω on the standard reverse-coded items (identical to the Brooke transformation already applied for the composite) and report the result.]
