Statistician / Econometrician Needed for Royalty Damages Methodology

I am looking for a statistician, econometrician, or economic damages expert to review and improve a damages methodology for a music royalty/accounting dispute. The matter involves incomplete royalty reporting, missing original platform/backend reports, and the need to estimate potential unpaid royalties using available data, including platform-visible usage data, royalty statements, contractual royalty rates, comparable payout data, and sensitivity analysis. Scope of work: * Review the current methodology and identify weaknesses * Advise what assumptions are defensible and what should be removed * Build a conservative low / medium / high damages model * Clearly explain assumptions, limitations, and data gaps * Prepare a short expert-style memo/report that can be shared with legal counsel Experience with litigation damages, royalty/IP disputes, statistical extrapolation, econometrics, forensic accounting, or expert reports is strongly preferred. Please include relevant experience and examples of similar damages, royalty, or incomplete-data modeling work.
