Steampunk Wall Lantern for 3D Printing (SolidWorks / Blender)

I am looking for an experienced 3D designer to create ONE (1) steampunk wall lantern that will be 3D printed for my personal Christmas light show. This is for my own home display (not for resale). I have attached several reference images showing the style I want. Lantern Size * Overall Height: 6 inches (152.4 mm) * Overall Width: 3.5 inches (88.9 mm) * Surface-mounted (flat back) * Low-profile design that mounts flat against a wall Design Requirements The lantern should have: * Victorian / Steampunk style * Large smooth rounded “glass” lens * Protective metal cage around the lens * Decorative brass/copper style top and bottom * Connect to a standard 3/4” Schedule 40 PVC pipe The pipe connection should slide over the PVC pipe. Inside diameter for the coupling: approximately 27 mm (1.06”) for a slip fit on standard 3/4” Schedule 40 PVC. Please verify and adjust the tolerance for 3D printing. Lighting This lantern will NOT use a traditional light bulb. Instead, I want it to use the same lighting technology as my Tesla Tubes. Inside the lantern should be: * My existing LED track design * Rear mounted LED channel * 60° V-groove zigzag diffuser * 0.5 mm groove depth * 0.75–1.0 mm spacing * Hidden LEDs * No visible LED dots * Smooth even amber glow The outer PETG lens should remain smooth and clear. Do NOT add the internal spiral rib used in my Tesla tubes. The larger outer lens should simply surround the existing LED channel. Construction Please design the lantern as separate printable pieces: * Front cage * Rear housing * Smooth clear PETG lens * Top cap * Bottom cap * PVC coupling * Internal LED holder The cage should be a separate printable piece that attaches after assembly. Printing Designed for: * Bambu Lab H2D * FDM printing * Bronze/Brass PLA or ASA for the body * Clear PETG for the lens Deliverables Please provide: * SolidWorks (.SLDPRT/.SLDASM) or Blender source files * STEP files * STL files * All parts separated and ready for printing Future Work This is the first project of many. I am creating an entire Victorian / Steampunk Christmas display including: * Tesla tubes * Gears * Gauges * Pipes * Pressure valves * Steam equipment * Lanterns * Wall decorations * Many additional props If your work is excellent, I have many more projects available.
