Summary

We have an existing residential steel garage building and need a qualified engineer to review the slab-on-grade foundation and provide a letter confirming that the concrete slab is adequate to support the building load. The scope is limited to the garage floor slab only. Experience with residential slab foundations and steel building requirements is preferred.
