Still App Beta, Final Changes and Monetization

OBJECTIVE Validate STILL APP through a structured beta and implement the prioritized final changes, leaving the app polished and launch-ready. SCOPE OF WORK 1. Develop the feedback mechanism and make sure a good way to measure and prioritize post feedback/pilot (co-create with Jax) 2. Beta survey development (2.5 hrs) Build the Day 1 "capacity snapshot" baseline survey with the planned enhancements, plus the post-beta feedback survey. 3. Beta setup and onboarding (1.5 hrs) Package and distribute the build via Expo/EAS internal distribution. Run a one-hour group install and orientation session. 4 Feedback and prioritization (2.5 hrs) A 15-minute session with each tester, followed by a single prioritized change list. (Jax to do this using Stef's input) 5.Final changes (3.5 hrs) Implement the prioritized, in-scope fixes and polish. 6. Monetization layer, systems integration (to be discussed) Appstore submission is handled as a separate project. ESTIMATE 1. Approximately 10 hours at $250 per hour, billed hourly through Upwork. Work beyond the prioritized beta list is scoped separately.
