Stock Video Editor & Social Manager (Automated Revenue Share + Bonuses)

We are looking for a highly organized, technical Video Editor and Digital Asset Manager to run the post-production and distribution pipeline for a high-end New York City digital asset house. You will manage raw 4K D-Cinelike aerial and ground footage shot on the DJI Osmo Pocket and Mavic 3. Your Responsibilities: 1. Color grade 10-bit flat footage (D-Cinelike/D-Log) to clean, broadcast-ready Rec.709. 2. Cut raw footage into high-utility, flawless 10-to-15-second commercial stock clips. 3. Generate metadata: Write accurate, highly searchable commercial titles and 20+ B2B keywords per clip. 4. Upload assets to BlackBox Global for automated distribution. 5. Create vertical 9:16 crops of chosen clips and schedule 30 days of automated social media posts via Metricool. Compensation & Structural Guardrails: - This is a long-term role built on a 20% to 25% automated revenue share of all stock sales via BlackBox Global's built-in split portal. You get paid automatically when the assets sell. - Plus a flat $250 cash performance bonus out of company profits for every month the portfolio clears $2,500 in net revenue. - All intellectual property, copyrights, and metadata vaults remain 100% owned by our LLC under a standard Work for Hire agreement.
