AI Storyteller Elevenlabs Audio Engineer - Faceless Youtube

Summary

I'm launching a new faceless YouTube storytelling channel and I'm looking for a producer who genuinely knows how to make long-form audio storytelling work — not just someone who can run text through a voice tool. Episodes range from 45 minutes to 3 hours. Holding a listener for that long is a craft: pacing, breathing room, consistent tone, and audio that never gets fatiguing. That's the skill I'm hiring for. ABOUT THE PROJECT Southern family fiction — emotional, character-driven storytelling in the tradition of audiobooks and long-form audio drama. Each episode is a chapter in a 10-part series, with more series planned after it. This is a brand new channel, built from scratch, and I'm building the production pipeline now. If you've worked with faceless / automated YouTube channels before, you'll recognize exactly what I'm doing here. I'm looking for a long-term production partner, not a one-off gig... the person who does this well gets every episode going forward. WHAT I'LL PROVIDE - A finished manuscript per episode (roughly 7,000 to 27,000 words, depending on episode length) - Pronunciation notes for character and place names (French/Creole and Louisiana names) - Tone and pacing direction so the series stays consistent WHAT I NEED YOU TO DELIVER - Narration produced with a professional AI voice platform (ElevenLabs preferred, or your recommended equivalent) - A mature African American female voice that is warm, mature, and expressive, suited to emotional storytelling, not flat or robotic - Thoughtful pacing: natural pauses, breathing room at scene breaks, no rushed delivery - Seamless consistency across the full runtime, no volume drift, no artifacts, no audible seams where segments were joined - Correct pronunciation of all names in the pronunciation guide - Mastered to YouTube broadcast standard (-14 LUFS integrated), clean and easy on the ears for multi-hour listening - One continuous file per episode: WAV or 320kbps MP3 - A timestamped chapter list for the YouTube description NICE TO HAVE (tell me if you offer these) - Light ambient score or music bed mixed low under narration (royalty-free or properly licensed) - Video assembly (static or slow-motion visuals paired to the audio) ready for YouTube upload WHO I'M LOOKING FOR - Proven experience with LONG-form audio: audiobooks, audio drama, or narrative podcasts over an hour. Short-form podcast editing alone isn't the right fit. - Experience with faceless / automated YouTube channels is a strong plus — especially story, narration, or documentary-style channels - Your own professional AI voice platform subscription with a commercial-use license - A careful ear — you catch mispronunciations, odd emphasis, and glitches before I do - Reliable turnaround and clear communication IMPORTANT — CONFIDENTIALITY All manuscripts are confidential and unpublished. You'll sign an NDA before receiving any files. You may not reuse, republish, resell, or share the content, and you may not claim authorship. Full rights to the finished audio transfer to me on payment. TO APPLY Please don't send a generic proposal — I read every application and generic ones get skipped. 1. Share 1–2 samples of LONG-form narration you've produced (over an hour if possible — links are fine) 2. Tell me which AI voice platform you use and confirm you hold a commercial license 3. Recommend a voice type for warm Southern emotional storytelling, and tell me why 4. Give me your pricing — both for a 45–60 minute episode and for a 3-hour episode — plus turnaround time 5. Start your reply with the word "MAGNOLIA" so I know you read the whole post FIRST STEP I'd like to start with a short paid test: I'll send a 3,000-word excerpt and you return a finished audio sample. If it's a fit, we move into the full series and ongoing work.
