Role: Strategic Communication - Conference Promotion & Support Organisation: Emergency Services Foundation www.esf.com.au The Emergency Services Foundation [ESF] is a for-purpose organisation dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of Victoria’s emergency service workers and volunteers, and the families who support them. ESF is seeking a proactive and strategic thinking communications expert to lead promotion and communications support for two flagship events scheduled for July and August 2026 - Emergency Management Conference and Mental Health Showcase. The ESF operates with a small high performing team who all work remotely but come together on a weekly basis in McCrae. Key responsibilities: Attend the EMC and create compelling content for social media, eNews, and website Develop a communication plan and associated promotional materials for the Mental Health Showcase to attract a national audience and maximise attendance Ensure brand consistency across all channels Skills: Strong writing, editing and content development skills Interest in the emergency management and mental health sectors Experience using Canva and WordPress preferred
