We are a digital platform that helps healthcare professionals in other countries go through the complex U.S. licensing system so they can work in the United States. Our target audience (mostly ESL speakers) currently faces a dilemma: 1. Navigate the confusing U.S. licensing process alone (high risk of rejected applications and lost fees). OR 2. Sign with a traditional staffing agency that manages the paperwork but traps them in predatory, multi-year contracts where they are not allowed to choose who they work for or how much they earn. Our product is the "third option." We offer a digital, step-by-step program that guides them through the confusing licensing process. They get the benefits of the DIY process, but with the guidance of our digital platform, and without getting locked into contracts that take away their autonomy. Our users can choose where they work and how much they earn. We charge a flat monthly fee. We have a highly qualified audience, but they aren't crossing the finish line. We are successfully driving traffic, and visitors are filling out our screening questionnaire and passing the qualification stage. However, they are dropping off at the point of purchase. We hypothesize that our ad-to-landing-page funnel is failing to tell a clear, compelling, and consistent story. We need a messaging expert to audit our current messaging flow, align our positioning, and rewrite our funnel to build immense trust and drive sales. The Project Scope: We need to fix our messaging from the first touchpoint to the final checkout. 5 Ads, 1 Landing Page, 1 Pricing/Checkout Page. - Write copy for ~5 static social media ads designed to hook the right audience and set the correct expectations. - Rewrite our landing page. We have the wireframes and basic facts down, but the copy feels too dry. It needs to tap into their psychological friction, defuse their fear of scams, and present an undeniable value proposition. - Rewrite our pricing/checkout page. What We Need You to Do: - Ensure the promise made in the ads seamlessly transitions into the story told on the landing pages. - Rewrite the pages using psychological frameworks that turn qualified leads into paying users. - The copy must be punchy, highly direct, and free of confusing idioms or corporate jargon. "Clarity over cleverness" is our rule. Who You Are: - You are a direct-response Conversion Copywriter or Funnel Strategist (not an SEO blog writer). - You understand how to sell digital programs/B2C services and know how to bridge the gap between a free lead-gen step and a paid checkout. - You know how to write benefit-driven copy that builds immense institutional trust.
